Classes are held on a Monday and Wednesday evening.
Monday          8PM - 9PM (Adults) 9pm - 9.30pm Boxing
Wednesday    7PM - 8PM (Children and Adults)

Prices for each lesson are as follows:
Adults - £5
Children£3.50p -first two lessons are free)
